Returns happen. We want you to be happy with your KMKB8 purchase. If that's not the case, we'll do what we can to make things right!
We guarantee that all items shipped from the KMBK8 online store will be first-quality, non-defective and the same as pictured on the website. We carefully inspect each piece for chips, cracks and glaze misses before it leaves our studio. Your satisfaction is very important to us. We use a third-party shipping company who packages, sends, and insures all packages sent from KMBK8 LLC.
If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. See below for instructions if your order was damaged in shipment. We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution to your concern, either returning your payment or exchanging your purchase for new piece of pottery.
In the case of an exchange, we ask that you visit the online store and select a new piece within the same price range. Because each piece is unique, no piece of pottery can be replicated or replaced. Shipping and handling charges are only refundable in cases where we made an error. The cost of shipping to return an order will be the responsibility of the customer unless the piece arrived broken or damaged.
If your order was damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper within 72 hours of discovering that the merchandise is defective at: Pack & Send PLUS 38 N. Main St. Waterbury VT 05676 802-560-4111. Save all packing materials; you will be asked to send a picture of the damaged packaging and pottery.
All returns must be completed within 60 days of the original shipment. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
